We had an excellent stay at Palmer’s Pinckney Inn! Rooms were charming, staff was lovely and accommodating, and the breakfast each morning was delicious!

Awesome little spot. Our bed was very firm and could feel the springs. Also fixtures were a bit dilapidated. But that’s the culture in Charleston. Incredible location. Would rent again!

We had a great experience at this B&B. It was a pleasant stay and certainly a great cost of what you get. Clean and friendly staff. Great location and easy to walk to nearby activities, historical sites, shopping and food. I would recommend this for someone looking for an affordable alternative to some of the more pricey options near this area of town.

I would definitely recommend this place to someone wanting to experience Charleston. It’s a very nice building right in the middle of town. We got to walk around and see everything. The owner and her employee were both friendly and helpful. Our room was nice, clean, and comfortable but with the location you will be out and about a lot.

Francess is the most gracious hostess! Even if I can’t stay the night, I stop by to say hello every time I’m in Charleston!!

Loved it so much, booked another night and can’t wait to come back again!

This was a great hotel owner and staff, very nice and caring and the rooms are beautiful old and Charleston charm ❤️ next to everything in walking distance. Love the fireplace. The breakfast in the morning is simple but a great start to the day. Only thing that think need get done is the mini blinds not easy to open but that will not stop for me leave a 5 stars rate because staff and hotel worked hard for it thank you once again for the stay.

Ms. Palmers home was a delight to stay in. We were within a short walk to a brewery that was suggested from Michael. In addition to helping guests book their stay, he had all the best recommendations and our morning breakfast was welcomed with history talks of the town. I can’t say enough of how friendly and inviting our stay felt. The only downside was that we couldn’t stay longer. This was a short overnight visit from Wilmington, NC while on business for my boyfriend and I. By the way….I didn’t mind the horse stable next door. The Inn is pet friendly and our 10 month old pup had never seen horses. It was funny to catch his reaction to the giant horse/dog to him probably that was getting his new shoes on the morning we woke up. It was like something out of the 1800’s. I loved it. The deck leading to the rooms overlooked the horse stable. Oh our room! It was perfect too with the shabby chic decor yet elegant and vintage. See.. can’t say enough but I’ll stop there;) We shall return soon:)
