Terms and Conditions

Check in - Check Out:

  • No Check-ins or Checkouts on Saturday.

Payments:

  • Half the total cost is required at the time of booking. Holidays and Special Events must be paid in full at time of booking. Final payment due upon arrival.

 

Gift Certificates:

  • Bedandbreakfast.com or Costco gift cards cannot be redeemed at our B&B. Please call with questions. (843) 722-1733
  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY "GROUPONS", or "LIVING SOCIAL" VOUCHERS!.

Cancellation:

  • Two-week cancellation policy. If canceled with at least two weeks notice, receive refund minus $25 fee per night canceled. If canceled within two weeks of arrival, forfeit entire deposit. If we are able to rebook the dates we will issue a refund.

Pets:

 

Children:

  • No children under aged 10 years of age. No Exceptions!

Hurricane Policy:

  • If the weather service issues a hurricane advisory or warning for the Charleston, SC area, guests residing at the inn may choose to evacuate. In this case, we will charge only for those nights spent with us up to the time of the evacuation. For those guests with pending arrivals, we would retain the deposit and credit it to a future stay.
  • If there is NO hurricane advisory or warning for the Charleston, SC area ~  all standard Palmer's Pinckney Inn policies remain in effect regarding charges, cancellations, early exits, deposits, etc.
    • Please know that Hurricanes are seldom a consideration ~ even during the "peak" months of August & September.  It is rare that we are affected by severe weather of any kind.
